Job boards do not search the way people expect. Typing three words into LinkedIn gets you an OR of all three, sorted by whatever the board wants to show you. A boolean string says exactly what you mean — these titles, and these skills, and none of these words — and the same intent has to be written differently for every platform.
Give it your job titles, your skills and the words that rule a job out. It returns four things:
- A LinkedIn-ready string, correctly quoted and grouped.
- A Google version using search operators.
- An ATS x-ray that searches company career pages directly, which is how you reach postings no aggregator ever indexed.

Before a human reads your resume, software parses it. If that parse fails, nothing else about the document matters — and it fails silently, so you never find out. The checker reads your PDF the way applicant tracking software does and reports what that machine actually got.
- Whether the text can be extracted at all — a resume laid out in a graphics tool often cannot be.
- Whether your contact details, section headings and dates are findable and parseable.
- Whether bullets are quantified, and where the layout introduces artefacts.
- A written review against the roles you target.

Do I need an account for the ATS resume checker?
A free account, yes. The parse checks are deterministic but the written review is an AI call that costs money to run, so it is limited to one written review and one job check per day on a free account.
What does the ATS resume checker actually check?
Whether the text can be extracted at all, whether contact details are findable, whether section headings are recognised, whether date formats parse, whether bullets are quantified, and whether the layout introduces artefacts that break parsing. It reports what the machine sees, not a style opinion.
Is my resume stored or shared when I use the checker?
