Where QuratedAI looks

Aggregators mostly index each other. The roles worth having are often posted once, on a company's own applicant-tracking system, and never syndicated at all. So QuratedAI goes to the source: eight families of them, every morning.

1M+ postings read every month
1000+ company career feeds, polled direct
50+ boards, ATS platforms and networks
Daily full re-scan, every morning

Source family 1

Company ATS feeds

The biggest win in the whole system. When a company opens a role, it appears on their applicant-tracking system immediately, often days before it reaches any board, and sometimes never reaching one at all. QuratedAI polls 1000+ curated companies straight at the API, across all eighteen major platforms, and the list grows every week:

Greenhouse Greenhouse EU Lever Ashby Workable SmartRecruiters Rippling BambooHR Recruitee Recruitis Personio Workday Teamtailor Breezy Manatal Homerun Zoho Recruit Pinpoint

Curated, not scraped blindly. The company list is maintained by hand and grows as we verify feeds. Every company on it is a real, checked endpoint, which is why these listings arrive with full descriptions rather than a truncated teaser.

Everywhere else worth reading

Y Combinator

The YC job board: early-stage roles from funded startups, including plenty that never appear on a mainstream aggregator.

Hacker News "Who is Hiring"

The monthly thread is hundreds of freeform comments, not a feed. AI parses each one into a structured job, so roles buried in a wall of text still reach you.

Jobicy

Remote-first listings across engineering, design, marketing and support.

RemoteOK

One of the larger remote boards: good coverage of distributed-by-default companies.

Every major Indian job board

The big generalist boards, the tech-only ones and the invite-only platforms, all queried with keywords built from your own roles and cities rather than a generic feed. Strong non-engineering coverage too: sales, marketing, finance and operations roles the tech boards simply don't carry.

Targeted search

Purpose-built search queries that surface roles hiding outside every index. See below. This is how the long tail gets found.

The long tail

Roles that live on a form, not a board

A startup opens a role. They don't buy an ATS. They post a Tally form in a Slack community, or an Airtable, or a job page on a regional platform no aggregator has ever heard of. That job is invisible to every alert you've set up.

QuratedAI runs targeted search queries built from your skills and cities to find exactly these. It's the difference between searching the index and searching the web.

  • Hidden-apply forms: Tally, Airtable, Microsoft Forms, Fillout.
  • India platforms: Keka, Freshteam, Zoho Recruit and others.
  • EU platforms: Join, Teamtailor, Welcome to the Jungle, Jobylon, Homerun.
  • Global long tail: Breezy, JazzHR, Jobvite, Pinpoint, Manatal.

Queries are yours, not generic.

Search is the one source with a real per-call cost, so it's spent carefully: the queries are assembled from your actual roles, skills and target cities, region-pinned to the markets you said you'd work in, and capped per run.

A Delhi NCR sales lead and a Berlin-bound backend engineer get completely different query sets, which is why this source finds things the boards miss for both of them.

Straight answers

Coverage, honestly

Here's the honest picture: where QuratedAI is strong, and where it's still growing, so you can decide with your eyes open.

Browser-rendered boards

Boards that build themselves in the browser used to be unreadable. We now render them with a real headless browser, so JavaScript-heavy listings are covered too.

Best in India & remote

Coverage is strongest for India-based and remote-friendly roles, and for EU and Japan roles with sponsorship. US-onsite coverage is deliberately thin.

Growing, not finished

The company list and source set expand as feeds are verified. Tell us what we're missing and it's likely to end up in the next run.
