Why it exists
A good analyst already exists. They just do not work for you.
A good career analyst does three things. They know where jobs open before those jobs reach a board. They read a job description properly, including the seniority behind the title and the conditions buried in paragraph nine. And they tell you the truth about fit, including when the answer is no.
That job has always existed. It sits inside search firms, and the employer pays for it.
Meanwhile the boards are paid by volume, so they show you as many listings as possible rather than the few you should open. You either read everything and burn out, or filter hard and miss the one job that was actually yours.
We could not find an analyst that worked for the candidate. So we built one.
What we will not do
- We never show you to employers. There is no recruiter side to this business. Nothing you upload becomes someone else's lead.
- We never apply without you. You pick the job. The one-click apply extension we are building will fill the form and send it when you press the button, and never before.
- Your name never reaches the matching engine. The profile it works from carries no name and no email. That is built into the software, not promised in a policy.
We find, we read, we rank, and we explain. You decide.
