Terms of Service
The rules for using QuratedAI. Short, and written to be read rather than skipped.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and QuratedAI ("we", "us"), of 42 Baker Street, Marylebone, London NW1 6XE, United Kingdom. They govern your use of QuratedAI, including the application at app.quratedai.com and this website. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't, please don't sign up.
2. What the service does
QuratedAI collects publicly available job listings from third-party sources, filters them against preferences you provide, scores them using an AI model, and sends the strongest matches to your Telegram once a day.
It is a discovery and ranking tool. It is not a recruitment agency, an employment business, a job board, or a career advice service. We have no relationship with the companies whose listings we surface, we don't apply to jobs on your behalf, and we can't influence any hiring decision.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use QuratedAI.
- You need a Google account to sign in and a Telegram account to receive alerts. Each Telegram account can be linked to exactly one QuratedAI account, and vice versa.
- One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to obtain a larger share of capacity. It takes matching quality directly away from other users.
- You're responsible for the security of the Google, email and (if you link one) Telegram accounts you use to access the service.
4. Price, development status and availability
Creating an account and a matching profile is free. Receiving daily matches, the ATS resume review and per-job tailored resumes require an active paid plan. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page before you commit to anything, and we will not charge you for a paid feature without your explicit consent.
Without an active plan your account and profile remain intact and accessible; they simply do not receive a daily digest. Refunds and cancellation are covered in our refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
The service is under active development and changes often. There is no service level agreement and no uptime guarantee. A daily run can be delayed, can fail, or can be skipped entirely, and some days you'll receive no alerts because nothing scored highly enough.
There is a ceiling on the number of matches sent per account per day, which varies by plan and is stated on the pricing page. We may adjust operational caps, or pause new signups, at any time to protect matching quality for existing users.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we discontinue it entirely, we'll give existing users reasonable notice by email.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users' data, or our infrastructure.
- Interfere with or overload the service, or circumvent its rate limits or capacity caps.
- Upload content you don't have the right to upload, or content containing malware or deliberately malformed files.
- Use the service to build a competing dataset: scraping, resyndicating, or redistributing the listings and scores we send you.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, or that degrades the service for others.
6. Your content
Your resume and your stated preferences remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store them, extract text from your resume, send relevant parts to the AI provider that derives your profile and scores jobs, and use them to generate your matches. Nothing more. We don't sell your data or share it with recruiters, see the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that any resume you upload is genuinely yours and that you're entitled to share its contents with us.
7. Third-party listings and accuracy
Job listings originate from third parties. We don't write them, verify them, or vouch for them. A listing may be out of date, already filled, inaccurately described, or fraudulent. Salary figures, locations and requirements are as published by the source.
Apply the same judgement you would to any job ad. In particular, no legitimate employer asks a candidate to pay a fee, and we will never ask you for payment details.
8. AI scores are opinions, not advice
Scores, match reasons and red flags are generated automatically by an AI model reading job descriptions. They are estimates, they will sometimes be wrong, and they are not career, legal, immigration or financial advice.
A high score is not an indication that you'll be hired; a low score is not an indication that you shouldn't apply. A job you'd have loved may be filtered out by your own rules, or missed because no source carried it. Decisions about your career are yours, and you should verify anything that matters before acting on it.
9. No employment guarantee
We don't promise that you'll receive alerts, that alerts will be relevant, that you'll get an interview, or that you'll be hired. The service improves the odds that you see a good job. It does nothing else.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost earnings, or missed job openings arising from your use of the service, from listings we did or didn't send you, or from scores that turned out to be wrong. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you're a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights.
11. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. That removes your profile, resume and Telegram link, and stops the daily run. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll revise the date above, and we'll announce material changes through the Telegram bot. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you don't accept them, delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
