Terms of Service
The rules for using QuratedAI. Short, and written to be read rather than skipped.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Vectra Mind Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in India, of A0820, ATS Bouquet Tower‑B, Plot 1406-1407, Block B, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304, India. They govern your use of QuratedAI, including the application at app.quratedai.com and this website. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't, please don't sign up.
2. What the service does
QuratedAI collects publicly available job listings from third-party sources, filters them against preferences you provide, scores them using an AI model, and sends you the matches that hold up against your profile.
Your matches arrive by email, and everything we scored for you is always on your dashboard. Telegram is optional: link it if you want alerts there as well, and the service works fully without it.
It is a discovery and ranking tool. It is not a recruitment agency, an employment business, a job board, or a career advice service. We have no relationship with the companies whose listings we surface, we don't apply to jobs on your behalf, and we can't influence any hiring decision.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use QuratedAI.
- You can sign in with a Google account or with an email address and password. Telegram is optional; if you do link it, each Telegram account can be linked to exactly one QuratedAI account, and vice versa.
- One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to obtain a larger share of capacity. It takes matching quality directly away from other users.
- You're responsible for the security of the accounts and credentials you use to access the service.
4. Plans, payment and availability
Creating an account and a matching profile is free, and so is one of the plans. The Free plan reads your whole feed, scores a limited number of roles a day against your resume, and grants a small daily allowance of each document tool. It takes no card, it has no end date, and there is nothing to cancel. Two paid plans lift the daily limits and add features; one covers your own market and the other adds roles abroad. Which plans we offer you depends on the market you are in. Every plan is shown with its current price on the pricing page before you commit to anything, and we will not charge you for a paid feature without your explicit consent. A 15-day free trial was offered between 29 August and 1 September 2026; it is withdrawn, and any trial granted in that window runs to the date it was given.
Every paid plan is a one-time pass, not a subscription. You buy a fixed term, currently 30 or 90 days. Nothing auto-renews, no mandate is created, and there is nothing to cancel. Buying again while a term is still running adds the new days on top of what you have left. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
If your term runs out, your account, your profile and your match history remain intact and you can buy another term whenever you like. The account returns to the Free plan, so matching carries on at the Free daily limits, and you are not charged anything in the meantime. Refunds and cancellation are covered in our refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
The service is under active development and changes often. There is no service level agreement and no uptime guarantee. A run can be delayed, can fail, or can be skipped entirely, and some days you'll receive nothing because nothing scored highly enough. That is the intended behaviour, not a fault.
The plan sets no ceiling on how many matches you can be sent in a day. We do hold a fair-use limit on the resume, job-description and document tools, to stop automated misuse. It is shown in your account under Plans and billing, and a refusal names the number and when it resets. We may adjust operational caps, or pause new signups, at any time to protect matching quality for existing users.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we discontinue it entirely, we'll give existing users reasonable notice by email.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users' data, or our infrastructure.
- Interfere with or overload the service, or circumvent its rate limits or capacity caps.
- Upload content you don't have the right to upload, or content containing malware or deliberately malformed files.
- Use the service to build a competing dataset: scraping, resyndicating, or redistributing the listings and scores we send you.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, or that degrades the service for others.
6. Your content
Your resume and your stated preferences remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store them, extract text from your resume, send relevant parts to the AI provider that derives your profile and scores jobs, and use them to generate your matches, your tailored resumes and your cover letters. Nothing more. We don't sell your data or share it with recruiters, see the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that any resume you upload is genuinely yours and that you're entitled to share its contents with us.
7. Third-party listings and accuracy
Job listings originate from third parties. We don't write them, verify them, or vouch for them. A listing may be out of date, already filled, inaccurately described, or fraudulent. Salary figures, locations and requirements are as published by the source.
Apply the same judgement you would to any job ad. In particular, no legitimate employer asks a candidate to pay a fee, and we will never ask you for payment details outside our published checkout.
8. AI scores and generated documents are opinions, not advice
Scores, match reasons and red flags are generated automatically by an AI model reading job descriptions. Tailored resumes, cover letters and resume reviews are generated the same way. They are estimates, they will sometimes be wrong, and they are not career, legal, immigration or financial advice.
A high score is not an indication that you'll be hired; a low score is not an indication that you shouldn't apply. A job you'd have loved may be filtered out by your own rules, or missed because no source carried it. Read anything we generate before you send it to an employer. Decisions about your career are yours.
9. No employment guarantee
We don't promise that you'll receive alerts, that alerts will be relevant, that you'll get an interview, or that you'll be hired. The service improves the odds that you see a good job. It does nothing else.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost earnings, or missed job openings arising from your use of the service, from listings we did or didn't send you, or from scores or generated documents that turned out to be wrong. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other mandatory law that applies to you.
11. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. That removes your profile, your resume, your generated documents and your Telegram link, and stops the matching run.
A few things deliberately survive deletion: the record of any paid term you have bought, the fact that this account used a free trial while one was offered, and the counters that meter daily and monthly allowances. They are kept, with no resume, no preferences and no contact details attached, because account slugs are derived deterministically, so without them deleting and re-registering would be a way to reset a paid term or an allowance. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is retained.
We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll revise the date above, and we'll announce material changes by email to the address on your account. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you don't accept them, delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
