Signing up is free: an account is the thing a plan attaches to, so there's no reason to charge for one. Creating a profile, editing it and seeing your dashboard cost nothing.

Daily matching is a paid plan. Every posting we score is a real model call against your real resume, every morning; that is the cost, and pretending otherwise would mean quietly scoring you worse to afford it. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Without an active plan your account stays exactly where it is, profile intact, nothing deleted. It just doesn't receive a daily digest.

No, and it probably never will be. It's under active development and gets changed most weeks. Sources get added, scoring gets tuned, things occasionally break.

So treat it as a tool that works and is still growing, rather than a finished product. If something looks wrong, tell us. That's genuinely how it improves.

Every job board on earth competes on how many listings it can put in front of you. That's volume, and it's all your problem to sort through. Curation is the opposite bet: read the pile so you don't have to, score what's left against your resume, and only speak up when something is genuinely worth your time. A better decision comes from less, chosen well, not more.

The Q is a deliberate misspelling. It is a curation product with an AI doing the curating, and the name says both.

Our scoring model was trained on resumes, job descriptions and hiring outcomes. Your resume is used to score jobs for you and to tailor your applications. That is what you're paying for.

It never carries your name or your email into the matching engine: the profile the pipeline works from is PII-free by construction, keyed by an opaque id. And when you delete your account, the resume and the profile go with it. See privacy for the specifics.

No. Telegram is completely optional and you can skip it at signup, link it months later, or never link it at all. Nothing about your account, your matching or your plan depends on it.

Here is exactly what you get on each channel:

• Email, always on. Your daily digest goes to the address you signed up with. Same jobs, same scores, same reasons. This is the guaranteed channel and you cannot end up with no delivery.
• Your dashboard, always on. Everything we scored for you is on your feed, including the jobs that didn't clear the bar, with the reason each one was held back. Nothing is only ever in a message.
• Telegram, if you want it. Matches arrive as a message on your phone rather than in an inbox, with 👍/👎 buttons on each one so you can teach the scoring what you actually want. That feedback is the only thing you can't do from an email.

We used to require it, and we were wrong to. It made people who don't use Telegram (or don't want a job hunt on the same app as their friends) bounce off a signup they'd otherwise have finished.

Link it from your account page whenever you like. It's one tap on a bot link and it takes about five seconds. Your email digest carries on either way.

You'll be assigned one of our bots, and that's the one you stay on. If you're wondering why there are several: Telegram rate-limits each bot, so we run a pool and spread users across it. It means a busy morning still delivers on time, and one bot having a bad day doesn't take everybody's alerts down with it.

Once every morning. You'll get the strong matches, each with a score and reasons, then a short summary line for the run, so a quiet day still reports in rather than leaving you wondering whether it broke.

We don't promise a precise minute. The run starts early and takes as long as it takes, so your digest lands sometime in the morning rather than on the dot.

Only jobs scoring 7 or higher out of 10 are sent, and there's a daily ceiling so it can never become a feed. In practice that's usually a handful, and some days it's none, which is the correct answer when nothing good was posted. A tool that sends you something every day regardless is a tool that has stopped filtering.

An ATS (applicant tracking system) is the software a company uses to run its hiring: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and about seven others. When a company opens a role, it appears on their ATS first, because that's the system the recruiter actually types it into. Reaching a job board is a later, optional step that plenty of roles never take.

Most ATS platforms expose a company's open roles as a machine-readable feed. QuratedAI polls 1000+ of those feeds directly every morning, which is why you can see a role days before an aggregator lists it, and why you see roles that no aggregator will ever list. It also means the listing arrives with its full description rather than a truncated teaser, so the scoring has something real to read.

No, but coverage is honestly strongest for India-based and remote-friendly roles, and for EU and Japan roles that offer sponsorship. Alerts also land on an India-morning schedule, which may not line up with your own. If you're hunting for US-onsite roles specifically, this is not the right tool for you yet.

Two differences, and they're both structural rather than cosmetic.

What gets searched. A LinkedIn alert can only tell you about jobs posted on LinkedIn. QuratedAI goes to the company's own applicant-tracking system (1000+ of them, polled directly) plus startup and remote boards, Indian aggregators, and targeted web search for roles that live on a Tally form in a Slack community and are indexed nowhere at all.

What "match" means. A keyword alert fires when a title and a few filters line up, which is why "Senior" alerts return internships and a Java alert returns JavaScript. QuratedAI has an AI read the full job description against your full profile (roles, skills in priority order, years, locations, work mode, salary floor, hard rules) and score it 1–10. Below 7 you never see it.

What QuratedAI is not: a replacement for having a LinkedIn profile. Recruiters search there, your network lives there, and nothing here shows you to anybody. Keep the profile; replace the alert emails. The full comparison is here, including where LinkedIn wins outright.

It's a layer on top of them rather than a replacement. Naukri and foundit.in are two of QuratedAI's eight source families. We query both with keywords built from your own roles and cities, then dedupe and score what comes back.

The difference is what surrounds them. An alert from an aggregator can only see that aggregator's index, and it matches on keywords within it. QuratedAI reads those two plus company ATS feeds, Y Combinator, Hacker News hiring threads, Jobicy, RemoteOK and targeted search, then collapses the same role posted in four places into one message and scores it against your resume. No. There's nothing to browse. No listings page, no search box, no infinite feed, no "1,247 new jobs" badge. The entire interface is a Telegram message that arrives when something scores well, and silence when nothing does.

It also runs in the opposite direction from a board: boards list you to recruiters and monetise the attention. QuratedAI has no recruiter side at all. It reads listings on your behalf; nobody is browsing you.

Telegram is only the delivery pipe. The distinction that matters: a Telegram job channel is a broadcast: every subscriber gets the same list, and the filtering is whatever the person running it felt like posting.

QuratedAI builds a separate result set per person. Your alerts are scored against your resume, filtered by your hard rules, deduplicated against your own history, and sent to your chat only. You can, and for a one-off "what should I look at this week" it works fine. Three things it won't do: run every morning without you, read a company's ATS endpoint directly rather than whatever a search engine happens to surface, and remember every posting it has already shown you so it never repeats one.

8 and above is flagged urgent, 7 is a strong match, and anything under 7 isn't sent. The scale is anchored with worked examples for your specific field, so it doesn't collapse into "everything is a 6" the way generic scoring does.

Yes, and it's a case we've deliberately built for. A generic matching engine tuned for backend engineers will reject every job with "sales" in the title. QuratedAI reads your resume, identifies your actual field, and rebuilds its title rules and its scoring scale around it.

Be aware that the tech-only sources (Hacker News, Y Combinator, the remote dev boards) carry near-zero non-engineering roles. For non-tech profiles the value comes from company ATS feeds, the Indian job boards and targeted search.

Yes, with one caveat worth knowing up front. The model reads your resume, works out your actual field, and rebuilds its scoring scale around it, so a fresher isn't judged against a scale calibrated for someone with eight years, and a switcher is judged on the field they're moving to if their profile and rules say so.

The caveat is source mix. Entry-level and non-engineering roles come mostly from company ATS feeds and the Indian job boards; the tech-only sources carry very few. And your experience bounds are enforced as plain logic before the AI is consulted, so a role demanding ten years won't reach you regardless of how well it reads.

No. Every posting you've been shown is remembered in your own private history, so a role reposted across four aggregators collapses to one, and yesterday's listings never come back.

Any time. Open the app, edit your profile, resubmit. The next morning's run uses the new version. If you don't upload a new resume, the analysis from your last upload is reused, so editing a city won't cost you your skill enrichment.

It will sometimes. It's a language model reading a job ad, and job ads lie by omission. That's why every alert shows its reasoning and its red flags rather than just a number. You're meant to sanity-check it in five seconds, not obey it.

Your hard rules, though, aren't left to the model's judgement. Geography, experience bounds and blocklists are enforced by plain logic before the AI is ever consulted.

No, and it won't. Auto-applying is how you get blocklisted by good companies. QuratedAI finds and ranks; you decide and apply.

Its text is extracted on our server to work out your skills, industries and field. The file is stored privately, reachable only by the app itself. It is never published, indexed, searchable, or shared with recruiters. There are no recruiters here to share it with.

No. QuratedAI has no recruiter side and no candidate marketplace. Nobody is browsing you. The service reads job listings on your behalf; it doesn't list you to anyone.

Correct. The file the matching pipeline reads holds your roles, skills, experience, locations, rules and a Telegram chat id: no name, no email, no phone. It's identified by a one-way hash of your Google account id that can't be reversed.

To confirm you're a real, unique person, and to give you a stable account you can return to without a password. We request only your basic profile and email. We can't read your Gmail, your Drive or anything else.

Open the app, go to your account page, hit delete. Your profile, resume and Telegram link are removed and the daily run stops. You don't need to email us and there's no retention dark pattern waiting for you.
