The problem

Job boards are built for volume. You are not.

Every board optimises for the number of listings it can show you. So you scroll, re-read the same reposted job on four sites, and still miss the one role that actually fit, because it was posted on a company's ATS and never syndicated anywhere.

That is the noise. Cutting through it is the whole idea: curated intelligence instead of volume, so the decision you make is a better one.

The same job, five times

Aggregators recycle each other's listings. You spend your evening recognising postings you already rejected last Tuesday.

The good ones hide

Plenty of roles live only on a company's Greenhouse or Lever page, or behind a Tally form in a hiring thread. No board indexes those.

"Matches" that don't match

Keyword alerts fire on the word "Python" and ignore that the role wants 12 years, is onsite in a city you can't move to, and won't sponsor a visa.

What makes it different

Curated intelligence, better decisions.

Five things we do that a job board does not. Each one exists because scrolling harder was never going to fix the problem.

PII-free by design

Your name and email never reach the matching engine. The profile it works from is stripped to roles, skills, geography and salary floor, keyed by an opaque id. It is an architectural boundary, not a policy. Read the privacy page for exactly what crosses it.

Our own model, not a keyword

Trained on resumes, job descriptions and hiring outcomes, so it knows the difference between a title that matches and a job that fits. Every score comes with the reasons that earned it.

ATS-formatted resume

Most resumes are rejected by software before a human sees them. We check yours the way a parser does (headings, dates, columns, graphics) and tell you exactly what breaks.

A custom resume per job

For a match worth applying to, we rewrite your resume against that specific job description. Reordered, re-emphasised, aligned to the words the posting uses. Never invented: every line traces back to something you already wrote.

1-click cover letters

A letter for one posting, written from the resume we already hold, in a tone you pick. Same rule as the resume: it claims nothing your resume cannot back up, and it tells you which of the posting's asks it deliberately left out.

Boolean job search

For the days you want to look yourself. Turn your titles, skills and cities into a working search string for LinkedIn, for Google, and for an x-ray across company career pages. Free, no account needed.

AI-powered end to end

Discovery, deduplication, scoring, red flags and tailoring are all model-driven, running every morning without you. You review matches; you do not run searches.

Delivered how you want

Your daily digest always arrives by email, and everything we scored is always on your dashboard. Want it on Telegram as well, with 👍/👎 buttons? Link it. It is optional, and you can do it whenever.

Getting started

Three steps, about four minutes

Set it up once. It runs every morning after that, whether you think about it or not.

1

Google or an email address. That's the whole step. Your daily digest goes to that email. Telegram is optional and you can link it later, or never.

2

Upload your resume

Add your target roles, locations, experience, work mode and salary floor. AI reads the resume to fill in skills you forgot to list and to work out your field.

3

Review & confirm

You see the exact profile that will be used for matching before anything is saved. Edit it whenever you like, or delete the whole thing in one click.

What you actually get

A short, honest brief. Not a link dump.

Every match tells you the score, why it matched, and what to watch out for, so you can decide in five seconds whether to open it. Nothing below a 7 is ever sent. This is the Telegram version; the email digest carries the same brief.

  • Scored 1–10 against your resume, not against a keyword.
  • Reasons, not vibes: the specific matches that earned the score.
  • Red flags called out: visa silence, experience creep, shift traps.
  • A daily summary so you know the run happened, even on quiet days.
  • Optional: email is the default channel; Telegram is opt-in.

Coverage

We go where the jobs actually are

Most of the good listings never reach a job board. So QuratedAI polls companies at their own applicant-tracking system, reads hiring threads, and runs targeted search to surface roles that only exist on a form somewhere.

1000+ company ATS feeds

Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Personio and more, polled directly, so you see roles the day they open.

Startup & remote boards

Y Combinator's board, Hacker News "Who is Hiring" threads parsed by AI, plus Jobicy and RemoteOK for remote-first roles.

India aggregators

Every major Indian job board, queried with keywords built from your own roles, skills and cities, not a generic feed.

Search discovery

Targeted search finds hidden-apply roles living on Tally, Airtable and Fillout forms, and on regional ATS platforms no aggregator indexes.

Not just engineers

It learns your field before it judges a single job

A matching engine tuned for backend engineers is useless to a sales lead. It will cheerfully reject every job with "sales" in the title. So QuratedAI reads your resume first, works out what you actually do, and rebuilds its own filters around that.

  • Your field is detected from the resume: engineering, sales, design, ops, whatever it is.
  • Title rules are rewritten for that field, instead of using a generic blocklist.
  • The scoring scale is re-anchored so a 9 means "9 for you", not "9 for a generic candidate".
  • Your geography is a hard rule: banned countries and remote-only policies are enforced before AI ever sees the job.

A worked example.

You're an enterprise sales lead in Noida. Say "Delhi NCR, onsite or hybrid" and QuratedAI locks the region: a hybrid role in Bangalore is rejected automatically, before it ever reaches you. It also knows Noida means Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad are fine, so it won't reject jobs in your own metro on a technicality.

Meanwhile "Sales Development Rep, US hours" gets dropped for the night shift, and "Head of Channel Sales, Gurgaon" lands in your Telegram the next morning with a 9/10.

The difference

Keyword alerts vs. QuratedAI

A typical job alert QuratedAI
Matching Your title contains "Python" Your whole resume, weighed against the whole job description
Coverage One board's own listings 1000+ company ATS feeds, startup boards, aggregators and search
Volume Everything that matched the keyword Only jobs scoring 7 or higher: a handful, never a feed
Repeats The same job, from four sites, for a week Deduped against everything you've already been shown
Reasoning None, just a title and a link Why it matched, what to watch out for, and a score you can trust
Your data Resume in a searchable recruiter database No name or email in the matching profile; delete it all in one click

Privacy

Your name never enters the matching engine

Most job products are recruiter marketplaces wearing a candidate-facing coat: you're the inventory. QuratedAI has no recruiter side. Nobody is browsing you. The profile that does the matching is deliberately built so that it can't identify you.

  • The matching profile holds no name and no email. It's keyed by an irreversible hash of your Google account.
  • Your resume stays private. It's used to build your profile and is never published or sold.
  • Nothing is public. Your data has no public address. The app that writes it can't read it back, and the engine that matches you can't change it.
  • One-click deletion. Profile, resume and Telegram link: gone, and the daily run stops.

roles, skills, industries

That's the whole thing. It's enough to find you a job, and not enough to find you.
