How it works

AI-matched, every morning

The hard part of job matching isn't finding postings. It's throwing away the 99% that were never going to work, so real attention goes to the 1% that might. QuratedAI does that reading for you with AI, and sends only what's genuinely worth your time.

First, once

What happens when you sign up

Roughly four minutes of setup. Everything after this is automatic.

1

Google sign-in

Confirms you're a real, unique person and gives you a stable account, so you can come back and edit your profile later without a password to forget.

2

Telegram link (optional)

Want matches on your phone as messages, with 👍/👎 buttons? One tap on a bot link binds your chat. It's single-use, expires in 15 minutes, and each Telegram account maps to exactly one QuratedAI account. Skip it and nothing breaks: your digest is emailed either way, and everything scored is on your dashboard.

3

Resume & preferences

Target roles, skills, locations, years, work mode, salary floor and the geography rules that matter to you, plus a PDF resume.

4

Preview & confirm

AI reads the resume and proposes the profile. You see exactly what it derived before it's saved, and can edit or delete it forever after.

Then, daily

The run

Every morning an AI-powered run works through the day's postings for every active profile, scores what actually fits you, sends the alerts, and shuts down. Nothing to check, nothing to babysit: the good matches just arrive.

1

Scan

Company career pages, startup and remote boards, aggregators and targeted search are swept every day, with the per-profile searches built from your roles, skills and cities, so coverage is tailored to you rather than a generic feed.

2

Match to you

Jobs you've already been shown are dropped, and anything that breaks your non-negotiables (location, experience, work mode, the roles you never want to see) is set aside. What's left is genuinely relevant to you.

3

AI score

Every remaining job is read by AI against your full profile and scored 1–10, with the specific reasons it matched and any red flags. The scale is calibrated to your field with worked examples, so a 9 is a genuine 9, not a polite one.

4

Deliver

Anything scoring 7 or above lands in your inbox (and Telegram, if you linked it): 8+ flagged urgent, 7s as strong matches, each with its score, reasons and warnings, plus a one-line summary of the run so even a quiet day reports in rather than leaving you wondering.

Why it's different

AI reads every job. You read four a day.

Keyword alerts fire on a single word and flood your inbox. QuratedAI puts AI at the center of every run: each posting that clears your rules is actually read and scored against your resume, so the handful that reach you are the ones genuinely worth your time, with the reasons spelled out. You get the judgment of reading thousands of jobs a day, without doing any of the reading.

The AI part, specifically

What the model is actually asked

It reads your resume once

At signup, to extract skills and industries you didn't think to type, identify your field, and sanity-check that the resume is genuine. The text is extracted on the server; your file never goes anywhere public.

It calibrates its own scale

Generic scoring drifts. Everything becomes a 6. Your profile carries worked examples spanning the full 1–10 range for your field, so the model has real anchors instead of a gut feeling.

It scores against a full profile

Not a title match. Roles, skills in priority order, experience band, locations, work mode, salary floor and your mandatory rules all go into the prompt alongside the job description.

You stay in control

The AI can suggest which job titles suit your field, but it can never override your hard rules: your locations, experience band and non-negotiables always win. A resume can describe skills; it can't change your settings.

See it on your own resume

Setup takes about four minutes, and your first digest arrives the next morning.
