Finding postings is easy. Reading them, then discarding the ones that were never going to work, is the part nobody has time for. That is the part we do.
First, once
What happens when you sign up
Five screens, about four minutes. Two of them you can skip. Everything after this is automatic.

Google, or an email address and a password. Either way the account is yours to come back to, and the brief goes to that address.

Your resume
Upload a PDF and AI fills the brief in for you: roles, skills, city. Skip it and type the brief yourself instead. Nothing later depends on the file.

Your brief
Target roles, skills, locations, experience, work mode, salary floor, geography rules and work authorisation. The last screen shows the profile it derived, for you to confirm before anything is saved.

Pick a plan and you are live
The step that switches the assistant on. There is no separate activate button. Free is a plan like the others, we ask for no card for it, and it has no end date.

Matches on your phone as messages, with a thumbs-up and thumbs-down button on each one. Skip it and nothing breaks: the brief is emailed either way, and everything scored is on your dashboard.

The run
Four stages, none of which you have to be awake for.

Scan
Company career pages, boards, aggregators and targeted search. The queries are built from your roles, skills and cities, not a generic feed.
- 02
Cut
Anything you have already seen is dropped. Anything breaking your hard rules is set aside before a model touches it.
- 03
Score
What survives gets read against your full resume and scored 1 to 10, with the reasons and any red flags. The scale is calibrated to your field, so an 8 means the same thing on Monday as it does on Friday.

Deliver
The day's strongest role lands in your inbox, and everything else that held up is waiting on your dashboard with its reasons. The weak ones are never sent, which is the entire point of having something read them for you.
The score
A number you can argue with
Every match carries three things: the score, why it matched, and what to watch out for. The last one matters most. A role can score 8 on skills and still be wrong, and we would rather say so than pad the list.
Below 8, we do not send it.
The model
Two things the AI is not allowed to do
It cannot pick its own scoring scale
If you leave an AI to score things on its own, everything ends up a 6. So we give it real examples from your field first: what a 3 looks like, what a 7 looks like, what a 9 looks like. It scores against those, not a hunch.
It cannot overrule you
It can suggest job titles you may have missed. It cannot change the cities you picked, the experience level you set, or the things you said you never want to see. Your rules win, every time.

ATS-formatted resume
Most resumes are rejected by software before a human sees them. We check yours the way a parser does (headings, dates, columns, graphics) and tell you exactly what breaks.
1-click cover letters
A letter for one posting, written from the resume we already hold, in a tone you pick. Same rule as the resume: it claims nothing your resume cannot back up, and it tells you which of the posting's asks you do not meet.
Boolean job search
